Since it is located in a central building, it is quiet and cozy.

The accommodation is a 13-minute walk from Seoul Station. Seoul Station is accessible within 50 minutes via the Airport Railroad (A'REX) from Incheon International Airport and Gimpo Airport. As a transportation hub where various lines intersect, including Seoul Subway Lines 1 and 4, the Airport Railroad, and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, it offers easy access to major tourist destinations in Seoul such as Myeongdong, Hongdae, Itaewon, and Gangnam. It is also a departure point for high-speed trains like the KTX and ITX, offering the advantage of easy travel to other cities such as Busan, Daejeon, and Gangneung. Huam-dong is a place where international students and travelers can stay and enjoy both relaxation, sightseeing with stories, and convenient transportation. There are many unique and pretty cafes and restaurants, as well as interesting alleyways, making it great for a stroll. It's a beautiful house designed by a designer. 2nd floor - There is a kitchen and dining table, and on the 3rd floor there is a queen-size bed and a sofa bed (for an additional person), and the washroom is separated so that the toilet and shower can be used separately.
