• Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner/heater when leaving the house, and refrain from using it with windows or doors open. Heating is automatically adjusted remotely to maintain an appropriate temperature, and you can set it manually if necessary. (Appropriate winter temperature: 21–23°C)

• Cooking: Simple cooking is permitted, but please refrain from cooking dishes that produce strong odors and turn on the ventilation fan while cooking. Please clean up and wash used dishes before checking out. • Waste Disposal: Please separate general waste and recyclables and dispose of them at the collection area on the 1st floor. Please remove moisture from food waste before separating it.

• No Smoking. This accommodation is a completely non-smoking area (including e-cigarettes). The fire alarm will sound if you smoke. If caught, you will be forcibly evicted and charged a fee of 200,000 KRW, along with additional charges for the inability to accommodate the next guest.

• Towels and Bedding Provided: Towels must be used only to dry yourself after showering. Please do not use them to remove stains or dirt. (Charges will apply to towels and bedding contaminated with food or hair dye.)

• Other Information: Pets and additional guests beyond the reserved number are not allowed.

• CCTV Recording in Hallways and Entrance We ask for your understanding that CCTV cameras are installed on the stairs and at the entrance for your safety. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions. We hope you have a comfortable stay.
