[Jeju Gujwa Woljeong-ri] Beachfront detached house, conveniently located

I stayed for two weeks with my 9-year-old child and created wonderful memories! I was very satisfied with the living environment, which played a major role in our experience. The old house was beautifully renovated and very clean. The host paid great attention to baby items, so if you're traveling with young children, you might be even more satisfied. Basically, everything we needed was there, making it comfortable to live in. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a low-profile mattress and bedding, plus an additional floor mat. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The air conditioner and fan were great for getting through the hot summer, and there was a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had all the basic appliances and cookware, including a gas range, microwave, water purifier, coffee pot, and dishwasher, which was wonderful. For relaxation, there was a TV with a Genie set-top box, WiFi, and OTT services, which we enjoyed. The water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen was excellent, and hot water came out well. But the best part was the location. Right outside the house is a beach, so we went swimming every day! When we came back to the house, there's a well-equipped water facility in the yard, so we could easily rinse off the sand before coming inside. There's a convenience store and Hanaro Mart right in front of the house, and numerous cafes and restaurants, so we had fun discovering great places to eat. There's a public parking lot and EV charging station in front of the house, which was very convenient. Just stepping outside the house is wonderful. The scenery changes every hour, so even just sitting and gazing is relaxing and healing. I didn't want to leave the house. ㅜㅜ If you're planning to visit the eastern part of Jeju, I highly recommend it!! The host didn't interfere and didn't contact us, so we felt like we were in our own home. Great! Wishing the host prosperity and happiness always. If we plan a longer stay in the east next time, we'll see you again!!

I found this place while searching for a spot to spend two weeks with my 11-month-old baby~ All the bedding is low-type, and baby items like a high chair and bottle sterilizer are provided, making it perfect for our family! The best part was the location. Woljeong Beach is just 30 seconds away, and convenience stores, cafes, and other amenities are all nearby, making it very convenient~ We're making wonderful memories during our two-week stay! (The downside is that it's an old house, so the ceiling is low in areas with doors, and I bumped my head a few times..ㅎ)

I appreciated how quickly and kindly the host responded. The house is clean and well-maintained, just as described. Most importantly, being right in front of the beach is perfect—I could enjoy the ocean view every day. Everything is within walking distance, including convenience stores and cafes, making it very convenient to stay. The neighborhood atmosphere is wonderful, and I'd love to visit again next time.💛

I had a really comfortable and enjoyable two-week stay with my child. Just as described, with great surrounding infrastructure and Woljeong Beach right in front. I'm extremely satisfied! I'm definitely planning to use it again~^^
