(If smoking is detected, a special cleaning fee of 150,000 to 400,000 won will be deducted from your deposit.) ➡️ Please separate your trash (middle stairs between the 3rd and 4th floors) and clean up food waste (under the sink) before leaving. ➡️ This property is located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of noise, especially after 9 PM, for the sake of your neighbors.
