(Please inquire about usage before use.) - Children are allowed, but must bring their own bedding (must be accompanied by an adult). - Short-term rentals do not provide blankets or towels. / Disposable items not provided (toothpaste and toothbrush prepared separately) - This accommodation is based on weekly or monthly rent. Since it is not a hotel, we would appreciate it if you could bring your own amenities. - Upon check-in, we provide one garbage bag and one food waste bag. (Customers are responsible for paying for the remaining amount.) - Please follow the instructions posted in the accommodation. - Absolutely no smoking. If you find cigarette butts (including e-cigarette butts) or smell cigarette smoke while cleaning, If you are found smoking, a special cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged. - Pets are not allowed. - Reporting of move-in or business registration is not possible. - Absolutely no parties of any kind. Please be quiet from 10 PM to 8 AM. - All utilities are included in the management fee. - Costs for excessive gas and electricity use may be charged separately upon check-out. - Gas meters are read once a month. We appreciate your cooperation, even if it is inconvenient.
