Here is 1️⃣ Basic Information regarding the use of the accommodation. 🏠 Check-in Time Guide @Check-in available from 4:00 PM. @To ensure a comfortable check-in, a detailed information message including the exact location, front door password, and usage guide will be sent via text message at 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. @Directly connected to the building entrance between Subway Line 5 Exits 1 and 2; please use the elevator on the officetel side (call the security office). @Cards provided in the room - 2 types of access cards (building/parking access and room access) - Food waste disposal card (can be used as a transportation card, individual top-up required) 2️⃣ Usage Guide @Basic consumables have been set up. For any missing items, please use the convenience store located on the 1st floor or basement, or Alpha Stationery. @Detergent and cleaning tools are provided in the shoe cabinet. @Since short-term rentals differ from lodging businesses, we cannot provide towels, bath salts, or detergents. However, if needed, towels are available in the closet and bath salts in the shoe rack. ^^ @Trash disposal, including recycling, is available daily and is located at the back of the building on the first floor. @Caution⚠️ If you intend to use the air conditioner, please make sure to turn the outdoor unit window lever to the open position. 3️⃣Usage Tips! @Due to good sunlight, the indoor temperature remains warm all day long, even at around 22 degrees. In this case, you do not need to make any adjustments even when [going out]. You can adjust the temperature as needed. @If you are not using the sink, closing the door will help block out minor noises and odors. 😊On nice days, mats, blankets, and portable wine glasses are provided so you can enjoy the nearby Han River Park.😊 Please contact us if you have any other questions.
