- It is a 13-minute walk from Hongdae Station. - There are many great restaurants, cafes, and things to see along the way to Hongdae Station, so you will arrive quickly while you look around. - There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes within an 8-minute walk in Yeonnam-dong! - There is a convenience store on a nearby main road. - The bedding was replaced with new items on March 25, 2026, so it may differ from the photos! It was recently remodeled and is very pleasant. It is on the second floor with good natural light, making it a great place to live.

You must press the hot water button on the boiler to receive hot water. • Cooking Simple cooking is permitted, but please refrain from cooking dishes that produce strong odors and turn on the ventilation fan while cooking. • Waste Disposal Please separate general waste and food waste. (Please use the separate recycling bins located on the 1st floor.) • Use of Perfume and Fragrance Please refrain from using products with strong scents in the accommodation. • No Smoking Smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. (A fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for odor removal in case of smoking.) • Towels and Bedding Provided Please refrain from using towels to remove contaminants. (A fee will be charged for any damage to the bedding.) • Other Information Pets and additional visitors other than the person who made the reservation are strictly prohibited. (Please check the CCTV at the entrance outside the front door.)
