In particular, cooking, drinking alcohol, and smoking are prohibited on the terrace due to special construction work (repair costs will be charged for violations). 🔸 You cannot register your address as your business address or your resident registration address. If the above special terms are violated, the contract may be terminated without a refund of usage fees, and the security deposit will not be returned. Furthermore, if damages occur due to a violation of these special terms, compensation for damages will be charged to the tenant.
