Is that too grandiose? I wonder when having a home that feels naturally Korean became such a grand thing... ㅠㅠ A few years ago, I looked around my room lost in thought, and all I could see were furniture, doors, and interiors wrapped entirely in plastic. Feeling stifled, I decided to try replacing things one by one with wood, paper, and stone, and that's how the Livingtel room was created. Starting from the first floor, there is secure entry protected by a password. The hallway is also equipped with two CCTV cameras constantly recording each floor to prevent any potential dangers. I spent a long time building the interior of the accommodation slowly, dreaming of a safe and comfortable home. I am still working on it now, sharing opinions with our guests. Although I sold my large house and the studio I currently live in is less than one-fifth the size of my previous home, I have never seen a place this comfortable. 1. It is incredibly convenient that there is a coin laundry right next to the building. 2. Restaurants and coffee shops are located on the next block, so it is quiet at night. 3. It is not a narrow alley but a wide street wide enough for two cars to pass comfortably, so you can feel safe at night. 4. The first floor is a parking lot, and you must enter a password to access the front door. There are two CCTV cameras on each floor to prevent crime. 5. Unfortunately, please understand that there is no elevator. Therefore, the 5th floor is the most affordable. Currently, the accommodation is on the 3rd floor. 6. It is located behind Hana ENT Clinic, and there are CU and GS convenience stores within 50 meters. Severance Hospital is also within walking distance. 7. Parking is limited as it is in the central Gangnam area. Therefore, please understand that parking fees are charged at 30,000 won per week or 100,000 won per month, prioritizing residents with registered license plates. 8. The house is located approximately 9 minutes southeast of Exit 1 of Yeoksam Station. The bus stop is located about 2 minutes from the accommodation, so transportation is convenient. We hope our space becomes a place where residents can relax comfortably at the end of a busy day :)
