It is located on Olle Trail 8, which leads to Beritnae Oreum and Cheonjeyeon Waterfall, and is close enough to the Jungmun Tourist Complex for a morning stroll. Due to its high elevation, the unobstructed ocean view overlooking the sea off Jungmun is the highlight.

There are laundromats, supermarkets, convenience stores (on the 1st floor of the building), and restaurants nearby, making it convenient to use.
