If excessive use of heating or cooling significantly exceeds the usual level, the actual excess amount may be charged additionally. • Please be considerate of noise between floors so that everyone can live comfortably. • Please keep facilities, such as wallpaper and appliances, clean. Damage or severe stains incurred during use may be deducted from the security deposit.
