If caught, a special cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW will be charged. - As this is a quiet residential area, parties are prohibited, and cooking food with strong odors is also forbidden. - If infants or children are present, we may demand compensation for damages or restoration to the original condition if graffiti or damage occurs on walls or furniture. - Please place general waste, food waste, and recyclables in the designated plastic bags in front of the house. (Trash bags and recyclable bags are provided.)
