Areas requiring hand washing are considered stains; if stains persist even after hand washing, replacement costs and labor fees will be charged. ★★★★★ - This is a non-smoking building. Costs will be incurred for odor removal if smoking occurs. Smells can travel through the range hood and bathroom ventilation fan to neighboring units, potentially leading to complaints. - Please report any damage or breakage to facilities; do not leave them unattended.
