Only the reservation holder and pre-registered guests are permitted to stay. * Overnight stays beyond the reserved number of guests, long-term visits, contract transfers, and subleasing are prohibited. 2. The entire building is non-smoking. * Smoking is prohibited in all areas, including guest rooms, restrooms, hallways, and stairwells. (Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited.) 3. Please keep the noise to a minimum. * Parties and loud singing are prohibited. * Please lower the volume of TV, music, and conversation after 10:00 PM. 4. Pets are not allowed. * Additional cleaning and repair costs may apply if you bring a pet. 5. Items that pose a fire hazard are not permitted. * Scented candles, candles, butane gas, portable burners, and personal electric heaters are not allowed. 6. Please keep the facilities and equipment clean. * Actual repair costs may be charged for any damage, loss, or severe contamination. 7. Please separate and dispose of trash properly. * Please dispose of general waste, recyclables, and food waste according to the instructions provided. Please dispose of all food waste and leftovers upon check-out. 8. Please check the air conditioner, lighting, and water supply before leaving or checking out. * Please turn off the air conditioner, boiler, lighting, and induction cooktop, and close the windows and doors.
