It is a 3-minute walk to the express bus stop, Gangnam shuttle, and local village bus stop. It is 2 stops from Seoul National University, 4-5 stops from Gangnam Station, and a 10-minute drive to the Express Bus Terminal and Nambu Bus Terminal. Gangnam Severance Hospital and Boramae Hospital (affiliated with Seoul National University) are also within a 10-minute drive. There is a local hospital emergency room nearby. Inheon Market offers a wide variety of food options. It is a quiet and safe zone with middle and high schools nearby. There are various brand convenience stores, cafes like Daiso and Starbucks, numerous restaurants in the alleys, and Olive Young and Daiso are within a 3-minute walk.
