Due to the nature of a detached house located in front of the sea, insects may enter the premises. We ask for your understanding that refunds are not available for this reason. ⚠️ As there is no kitchen hood, cooking foods that produce strong odors (such as grilled meat or fish, or Cheonggukjang) is difficult. Please limit cooking to simple dishes. ⚠️ Seasonings and condiments are not provided. * We personally assist with trash disposal and recycling to ensure a comfortable stay. If you leave trash in front of the entrance door before 11:00 AM and leave a message, we will collect it neatly. * Pets are not allowed in the rooms. * Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the guest rooms. Please use the designated smoking area. (Violation will result in a penalty of 200,000 KRW and immediate eviction.) * Unauthorized entry prior to check-in time will incur a penalty of 30,000 KRW for violating the rules of use. * Please refrain from making noise after 10:00 PM for the sake of other guests and neighbors. * Costs may be incurred for damage, loss, or the need for special cleaning of in-room facilities and equipment (based on the original purchase price).
