1. Facility Protection Notice To maintain a pleasant accommodation environment, cleaning and restoration fees may be charged in the event of facility damage or severe contamination. Examples • Severe staining of bedding • Wall stains and graffiti • Damage to furniture and facilities, or loss of belongings • Strong odors caused by [grilling meat] or [cooking fish, seafood stew, etc.] in the room (※ Simple cooking is permitted, but to maintain a pleasant environment, cooking strong-smelling foods such as meat, fish, fried foods, and seafood stew is restricted.) 2. Only the number of guests registered at the time of reservation is allowed to stay. Prior inquiry is required for additional guests beyond the reserved number, and unauthorized entry is prohibited. 3. No Smoking Notice Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest rooms. A special cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected. 4. 🔇 Noise Notice Although our accommodation consists of independent spaces, rooms are arranged in close proximity, so loud noises may be transmitted. Loud singing, singing, loud music, and excessive conversation are prohibited after 10 PM. Staying at the accommodation will be restricted if repeated loud shouting or noise disturbs neighboring rooms. 5. For safety and fire prevention, the use of personal fire sources (burners, charcoal, candles, firecrackers, etc.) is strictly prohibited. 6. Guests must tidy up the following items before checking out: - Dispose of food waste and general trash - Wash dishes - Remove leftover food from the refrigerator - Retrieve personal items - Return used items to their original locations 7. [BBQ Fee] 30,000 KRW (Includes grill and charcoal) - On-site payment Charcoal and a grill are provided, but you must light the fire yourself. 8. Due to the nature of the accommodation, insects may enter depending on the season and environment; this does not constitute grounds for a refund. 9. Pets Pets are not allowed to accompany guests or stay overnight. 10. Mid-term Cleaning If cleaning is required during a long-term stay, a one-time mid-term cleaning service is available for 60,000 KRW. Mid-term cleaning includes basic room cleaning and bathroom cleaning, as well as the replacement of bedding and towels. ※ Please make a reservation at least 2 to 3 days in advance if you would like mid-term cleaning. ※ Additional charges may apply for severe stains or cases requiring separate additional work. 11. EV Charging Guide EV charging is a [paid service]. Please be sure to check the following points for smooth usage.
