🚫 Rules for Staying at the Accommodation (Prohibited Rules) 1. Absolutely No Smoking Inside the Accommodation (Including Electronic Cigarettes) The entire indoor area is a non-smoking zone. (Including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products) Due to the nature of the old building, there is a high proportion of wooden materials, making it vulnerable to fire hazards. This measure is intended to maintain a hygienic environment for the next guests. If caught smoking indoors, you may be charged a special deodorizing cleaning fee and compensation for business losses. (Please use the designated outdoor area for smoking.) 2. No Cooking Indoors of Foods with Strong Smells or Oil, such as Barbecue or Fish Due to the characteristics of the old building's interior, odors can deeply permeate the fabrics and wood. Cooking indoors of dishes with strong odors or oil, such as pork belly, grilled fish, Cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste stew), and fried foods, is prohibited. (We recommend cooking simple dishes such as boiled pork, stews, and light-style meals.) 3. Refrain from making noise in the outdoor yard after 10 PM (Quiet Time) For the sake of the quiet residents of Sinchang-ri village and the rest of the next day, please refrain from making loud noises or using the yard in the front and back yards after 10 PM. 4. No Visits or Overnight Stays by Guests Other than the Reserved Guests Visits and overnight stays by outsiders without prior agreement are strictly prohibited. (Violation may result in eviction.) 5. No Pets Allowed To maintain a pleasant hygiene environment and prevent allergies, pets are not allowed. 6. No Use of Items with Fire Hazards The use of any items with a fire risk, such as candles, incense, personal burners, fireworks, and personal charcoal/barbecue equipment, is prohibited both indoors and outdoors. 7. Mandatory Recycling and Dishwashing Upon Check-out Please wash used tableware and separate trash for recycling before checking out. (It is very convenient to use the clean house right next to the accommodation!) 8. Contact Immediately in Case of Damage or Contamination to Facilities and Property Please report to the host immediately in the event of property damage or severe contamination of bedding (wine, cosmetics, blood, etc.). (We would appreciate it if you handled items with care.)
