1. Visits and overnight stays by guests other than those included in the reservation are strictly prohibited. The occupancy standard starts counting from 48 months of age. 2. Smoking is prohibited indoors. 3. Please refrain from cooking foods that produce strong odors or grease (such as grilled meat, fish, or seafood); however, please ensure proper ventilation when using such food. 4. We do not provide additional or modified amenities beyond the standard ones provided (e.g., large drying racks, coffee machines, hair dryers, rags, bedding rentals, etc.). 5. Barbecue facilities are subject to the pension's operating regulations. The use of personal open flames is prohibited (April–October; charges apply). 6. You must dispose of your trash directly at the Clean House or Recycling Assistance Center. (Use of pension trash cans is strictly prohibited. / Volume-based waste disposal, food waste, and daily recycling are available.) 7. Vacuum cleaners are provided in guest rooms on the 3rd floor. For the 1st and 2nd floors, please use the shared vacuum cleaner (located in the hallway at the 1st floor entrance). 8. Maintenance fee (electricity, water, gas, stair cleaning fee) is charged at a fixed rate (5,000 KRW per day). **Upon move-out, any damage to fixtures, etc., will be inspected and offset against the security deposit.
