These Rules of Use are designed to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment for all residents, so you must familiarize yourself with and comply with them. Article 1 (Safety and Fire Prevention Rules) 1. Prohibition of Electric Heating Appliances and Cooking: To prevent fires, the bringing in and use of electric heating appliances (electric heaters, fan heaters, electric blankets, etc.) and individual cooking utensils (gas burners, portable induction cooktops, etc.) into the room is strictly prohibited. 2. No Smoking in All Areas: The entire building (including room interiors, restrooms, hallways, stairs, and the rooftop) is a strictly non-smoking area. (Including e-cigarettes) Article 2 (Use of Common Facilities and Equipment) 1. Duty to Tidy Up: After using common spaces and equipment, such as the kitchen and laundry room, you must immediately tidy up, wash dishes, and clean to maintain them in their original condition. 2. Compensation for Damage to Equipment: If common equipment such as washing machines, dryers, rice cookers, food waste disposers, or induction cooktops is broken or damaged due to negligence or misuse, the cost of restoration or actual replacement will be charged. 3. Waste Separation and Disposal: Residents must personally dispose of waste generated in their individual rooms in the designated waste disposal areas in accordance with the separation and disposal standards. Article 3 (Management of Parcels and Personal Belongings) 1. Parcel Receipt Deadline: To prevent loss and obstruction of passage, delivered parcels and mail must be collected in person within one week of arrival. 2. Disposal of Long-Term Unclaimed Items: Unclaimed parcels left unattended for more than one week from the delivery date may be disposed of without prior notice. 3. Disclaimer: The operator bears no civil or criminal liability for the theft, loss, or damage of personal valuables, including parcels stored in common areas. Article 4 (Living Noise and Environmental Management) 1. Quietness at Night: Due to the nature of shared housing, generating noise that disturbs others, such as playing musical instruments, making phone calls, or using speakers, is strictly prohibited during late night and early morning hours (22:00–07:00). 2. Consent to Facility Inspection: If necessary for fire safety, facility maintenance, pest control, and maintaining cleanliness, the manager may conduct an inspection of the room once a month after prior notice, and the resident agrees to this. (However, entry may be made without prior consent in emergency situations such as fire or water leakage.) Article 5 (Termination of Contract and Immediate Forced Eviction - Non-refundable) If any of the following acts are detected, the manager may immediately terminate the usage contract and take measures for forced eviction without warning. If eviction is imposed due to reasons attributable to the resident, the room rate for the remaining days will be forfeited as a penalty (compensation for damages) and will not be refunded under any circumstances; additionally, costs for cleaning and restoration of facilities to their original condition will be charged separately. 1. Entry by Outsiders and Mixed-Gender Accommodation: Allowing outsiders other than the contract holder to enter the room without authorization, or causing them to stay overnight or share a room. 2. Smoking and Use of Open Fire: Detection of smoking (including e-cigarettes) or the use of prohibited open fire or heating appliances within the room or building. 3. Disturbance of Communal Living: Excessive drinking indoors, loud noise, verbal abuse, violence, or threatening behavior toward other residents. 4. Severe Hygiene Failure: Causing foul odors, mold, or pests (such as cockroaches) by leaving food or trash in the room, or severely contaminating the facility (full charges for special cleaning and waste disposal fees will be applied). 5. Failure to Comply with Manager's Instructions: Failing to comply with or cooperate with the manager's requests for correction or warnings regarding violations of these rules two or more times.
