It was an even more meaningful experience since my first day of moving in was my birthday! Although the building is old and located on a hill, there are frequent buses going to the station, and it's only a 30-minute walk to the beach, so accessibility is excellent. There's a supermarket right below, so everything needed for daily life is available, and I stayed comfortably as if it were my own home. It's also great for spending time with friends or pets, and taxis respond quickly to calls. The host seems to be managing the place well, and I'm willing to use it again on my next visit.

The host answered neatly and quickly! It's certain in these busy times. I was curious about the utility bills, but the 6-night fee was less than 10,000 won, and they also organized the daily usage. I had a comfortable and dreamlike time with my two daughters in my mid-20s, my husband, and my 12-year-old dog who I always have to leave behind. I wondered if I would be allowed to spend 6 nights with my daughters in the future, but the trip I left in a hurry was more perfect because of the accommodation~~~ There's a large mart in the building right next door, and since it's a house on a hill, it might be difficult to walk, but there's a village bus, and there are many charming streets hidden here and there. The bedding is clean, and the blue sea and red-roofed apartments go together fantastically. The courses I'd like to recommend are the place where the capsule train passes by next to Muntan Road, a walk around Jukseong-ri Dream Set for about 20 minutes by car, and a tea house called Hadong Anak. However! It's the taste of 20-year-olds who love nature and 50-year-olds like me. I wanted to sit and read books all day at the mystery literature museum right next door, but I didn't have time, so I just looked around. I traveled to Busan for 9 nights and 10 days with my family. Haeundae Dalmaji-gil is a residential area, quiet, with convenient facilities and well-equipped Inpura restaurants, Haeundae and Gwangalli, and the quiet Gijang Beach are nearby, so it was convenient to travel. In particular, the service spirit of the host who kindly took care of what we needed right away was hotel-level. Parking is difficult in Busan, but here, there is a spacious underground parking lot, so even though our family brought 2 cars, we had no trouble parking, and the ocean view from the living room and bedroom was perfect for healing. I lived with 2 dogs, and I was really sorry and grateful that there were no complaints from the villa residents even though the dogs barked because they were low. It is inconvenient to enter restaurants with dogs, so I will introduce a few restaurants that I have visited that are optimized for dogs. There are several places where you can drink outside the street cafe on the first floor, such as the Haeundae Market Shinhaeundae Hoejip, Gwangalli Beach, which is a 7-minute walk from the villa, and the Yeongdo Hinyeoul Cultural Village, which is a representative place where you can comfortably go out with your dog, and the restaurants close to the villa for takeout are Daegutang Giwajip and Geumsu Bokguk Haeundae Main Branch. Lastly, I would like to thank the host who made my stay convenient.

I often go to Busan for work~ I found the best value for money accommodation~ First of all, it's good that it's clean and quiet~ I'm very satisfied with the fact that I can see the ocean and the sunrise from the accommodation~ And there's a mart, convenience store, and even a nice cafe with an ocean view if you walk a little bit... It's not fancy, but it's nice to be able to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of Busan~ Lastly, the host's kindness is the highlight of this accommodation~ If the host is unfriendly, no matter how good the accommodation is, it'll ruin your trip, right? When I call, they respond and take action right away, so it feels like I'm receiving first-class hotel service?! ㅎㅎ I'm so sorry that I'm the only one who knows, so I'm posting a review~~^^

It's a great restaurant with a great view. It has all the basic necessities - but it was a shame that there was only one mug. Haha Everything was great except that the Busan area is so tiring to drive. The host's kindness was even better. I'd like to choose it again if I go back to Busan.
