(Jocheon) Traditional stone house "Jeju style" one-room #5 minutes by car from Hamdeok Beach

The owner and his wife were so kind. It was such a cold day, but we had such a warm and comfortable stay. I definitely want to come here next time I'm in Jeju!!! The neighborhood is quiet, and the interior is charming and beautiful!

A place with children. I chose Jochon-eup because it has the Jeju-ness that remains in Jeju. Hamdeok and Jeju City are nearby, so it was easy to get around. Nevertheless, the stone walls and the rural feel of Jochon-eup were a warm time for people from Seoul. It was even better to spend time with family in a small but cozy space where all the necessities were provided. I couldn't stay in the house for long because of my busy schedule, but the time I spent in the house on the first and last days was so good. If you go to Jochon, I recommend Jeju's stone walls.

1. It's very hard to contact the host. I checked out, but they didn't tell me how much utility bills I used. I sent several text messages, but there was no response. Two days later, I complained to Live Anywhere, and they finally contacted me. After that, they said that it takes time to receive bills from KEPCO and other sources, so they would return the deposit in 1-2 weeks. I thought they would still tell me the amount, so I waited for 4 days, but there was no response... I said, "Even if you pay me later, you should know the meter readings I used." Then, they suddenly calculated the water, gas, and electricity bills themselves and told me. They didn't tell me how much I used. After that, they didn't return the deposit for two days, so I sent a text message today, and they apologized for being late and deposited the money. If they were going to do this, why did they make me wait 10 days after checking out and contact them multiple times? 2. The accommodation is not properly managed. There are stains on the back of the pillow covers. (Both pillows) with gochujang stains?). And it's a studio, so the air conditioner is right next to the bed, so I kept turning it on and off in 35 degree weather for fear that my child would catch a sore throat. Even so, one of my family members got a sore throat because his bronchial tubes were swollen. 3. There are a lot of bugs because it's an old stone house. I caught 4 cockroaches, spiders, and maggots in a week. I also caught 2 snails. Overall: I made the reservation because I wanted my child to experience a traditional Jeju stone house, but the accommodation facilities, host response, and everything else were very disappointing. I texted the host the review I wrote above, but he didn't even apologize. I don't even want to give one star.
