Accommodation within 5 minutes from Beophwan Port!! (One-room ocean view)

I had a comfortable stay for 8 nights and 9 days. The accommodation is in a great location for getting around Seogwipo, with Sanbangsan Mountain and Jungmun on the left and downtown Seogwipo and Namwon on the right. There is an E-Mart, Daiso, Starbucks, and Olive Young within a 10-minute walk, and the layout is convenient as you can also see the sea. The room was spacious and pleasant, so I had a great stay. I recommend this place as a place I would like to visit again for a month-long stay. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor, so doing laundry is also convenient.

I've lived in Jeju Island and various other parts of the country for a week, and I consider this place to be the best value for money. It's more spacious than the average accommodation and comes with a variety of kitchen utensils, making it perfect for simple cooking. The bedding is well-maintained and the beds are comfortable. The surrounding living conditions (marts, restaurants, Daiso, and a playground) are excellent. I highly recommend this place for a month.

I extended my stay for a week and ended up staying for two weeks. The surrounding commercial district is great, and it's perfect if you just walk around the neighborhood to Beophwan Port. I booked a month-long stay in the spring and plan to come again. I recommend a place with good value for money.

After retiring at the end of February, I spent a month living in Jeju from April 20, 2026, at 'Today's Seogwipo Pension' near Beophwan Port and the World Cup Stadium in Seogwipo. Most importantly, the owner was incredibly kind, and I felt comfortable and warm during my stay. The surrounding area has E-Mart, Olive Young, Daiso, various restaurants, and even a bus terminal, so the living infrastructure was very well-equipped, making it very convenient for long-term accommodation. I lived with my car and bicycle. When I was alone, I rode along the Jeju Fantasy Bicycle Path and enjoyed the Jeju sea to my heart's content. On weekends when my family visited, we drove around the Olle Trail and various tourist attractions together, spending precious time. It was truly a grateful time to be able to spend such a happy new beginning after retirement in Jeju. The living was so convenient and the location was so good that I thought I would want to stay here again if I visit Jeju next time. This is a place I would like to recommend to those considering a month-long stay in Jeju!!

I lived here for almost a month from February 3 to March 1, 2025. The location of the accommodation is close to Seogwipo city. There is Daiso, Olive Young, Modern House, and E-Mart right next to it, 300 meters away, so I bought things at Daiso and E-Mart and ate there. It is located at the bottom of the Jungsan Expressway, so I can see the ocean right from the room. There is a tangerine field in front, and it is a quiet place. The Olle Market is a 15-minute drive away, and the Jungmun Complex is also a 15-minute drive away. It is 1 hour and 15 minutes to Seongsan Ilchulbong and 1 hour to Aewol. It is located in the middle of Jeju Island. Pros: Ocean view, quiet and secluded surroundings, pension layout (swimming pool, rooftop coffee place). It is close to the 7th road, which has the best view of the Olle Trail, and it is nice to spend time at the coffee shop Bunker House. The room is warm, and it was nice to have the sun come in in the morning. All the amenities are close by, and there are many good restaurants nearby. (I personally liked Yeongeun Restaurant the best) The library is also close by, so it is convenient to eat and read books. The accommodation is quiet and secluded, has a view of the ocean, and there are many amenities nearby. Cons: The interior of the accommodation is a bit old. If I have the chance again, I would like to visit this accommodation again.

I stayed for a week. It's a quiet rural village, but it's conveniently located near E-Mart, Hanaro Mart, and Daiso. Being right next to the beach, the surroundings are excellent. The bedding and bathroom are clean, and the room is spacious. There's also a veranda, so sipping a warm cup of tea while looking out at the ocean and tangerine fields in the morning is a delight. There's also a nice cafe nearby, so you'll be happy to stay. The only inconvenience is that I wish there was a two-person dining table instead of a low table.
