As it is a newly built building, it is warm and clean. It features modern interior design, and you can see Hamdeok Beach directly from the terrace and bedroom. The Hamdeok Seoubong Trail is located right in front of the house, making it perfect for walks. The neighborhood is also beautiful, so we recommend taking a stroll around the area. There are restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance, and there are many facilities necessary for daily life nearby, such as large supermarkets, convenience stores, and hospitals, so you can stay for a long period without any inconvenience. Disposing of trash in Jeju can be inconvenient, but there is a separate trash disposal area within the building, so you can conveniently dispose of your trash on the first basement level. The building is kept clean as a building manager clears the trash every two days.
