This place is a good value for the price. It's old, but spacious. On my last day, Friday, January 2nd, it snowed heavily in Jeju Island. It was extremely cold, and the heating wasn't working, so the floor was cold. I asked the owner, and he said the heating only came on at night and wouldn't come on until 11 PM. During my previous five-night stay, the heating only came on at night, but it was so warm that I didn't feel cold. That day, however, it was so cold that I couldn't sleep. The room didn't come on right away even at 11 PM, and it didn't get warm until 1 or 2 AM. Jeju Island's weather is generally warm, so I don't think other people will have any issues with the heating. The facilities are old and don't feel clean or neat. The sofa and carpet looked very dirty, which was a bit uncomfortable. It's not a bad place for the price.

And when we asked about the Wi-Fi connection, they kept repeating that it would automatically connect When we checked, the Wi-Fi machine was turned off..I turned it on.. Since the owner was not there all the time, immediate feedback was slow The room was too hot on the first day, so we asked, and they told us to turn up any two gas valves under the sink, so we did But it was connected to the next room, so they told us to turn it down again because it was cold, and when we did, the room got too cold.. So on the third day, we asked again, and they told us to adjust the valves back to the same position.. What I was dissatisfied with was not the gas valve, but I called several times about related issues, but they never once It was disappointing that they only explained things to us over the phone since we were new to this place and didn't come. As other guests mentioned, there were mosquitoesㅜㅜ Even in November... And since it's an old building, the wooden bathroom door is very worn out. The laundry room is in the basement, but it gets dark even at 6pm, so I didn't know where the lights were, so I ended up going to the coin laundry. It's reasonable for the price? But I didn't receive any contact before check-in, and there was no explanation, so I was disappointed in many of those things.

I had a very comfortable stay thanks to the kindness of the owner and his mother. It was my first time living in Jeju, so I asked a lot of questions and made a lot of requests, but they responded quickly and well every time, so I was able to stay comfortably. I am grateful and will write in detail. The reason I chose this place was because of the living room view and table, and the view was just as good as the picture, so I did most of my activities at the living room table. In particular, you can hear birds singing in the yard in the morning. Drinking morning coffee while listening to the ocean view and birds singing~ It was amazing. It seems to be the best value for money for this price, with a separate bedroom in a spacious living room, and a terrace that can be used exclusively. In particular, the fact that there is no deposit was an even bigger advantage. There are convenient facilities in the vicinity, such as Hanaro Mart, convenience store, bakery, coffee shop, and restaurant in Beophwan-eup, which are a 5-minute walk away. Seogwipo E-Mart is about a 15-minute walk away. If you want to use E-Mart, you need a car. Public transportation: You can go to all areas of Jeju Island by using the bus stop in Beophwan-eup or Seogwipo Bus Terminal. Also, the 7th course of the Ollet Trail is connected to Beophwan Port, and you can go to Ollet Courses 6 and 8 by bus, so it is good to use Ollet Courses 6 to 8 by walking.

It was exactly the same accommodation as the picture~ It was well managed and there were a lot of dishes so I used them well. The neighborhood was quiet so it was nice to take a walk and the ocean view when I woke up in the morning was nice. The hosts were kind so I had a comfortable stay^^
