망원역은 도보 10분정도 걸리며, 걸어오시면서 망원시장이 있어 물건을 사기에 용이합니다. 또한 건물 바로 옆에 작은 마트가 있으며, 길 건너편에 편의점이 있습니다. 건물 앞에 커피숍이 있어 커피를 좋아하시면 매일 커피를 마실 수 있습니다. 망리단길 음식점과 카페등을 도보로 이용하실 수 있습니다. 한강공원이 도보 10분정도 걸리며, 건물 앞에 마포 16번 버스가 있어 지하철 역이나 홍대로 나가시기에는 편하실 겁니다. 저의 원룸은 작은 공간일 수 있지만, 생활에 필요한 모든것이 준비되어 있어 한달살기에 적합한 숙소라고 생각합니다. 또한 망원시장이 도보 5분거리이며, 망리단길 맛집들을 도보로 이용 가능하여 생활 하기에 너무 편리할 것입니다. 또한 방이 답답하면 옥상에 공용 휴게공간이 마련되어 있어 잠시 휴식을 취하시기에도 좋습니다.

모든 객실이 금연입니다. 다른 세입자도 있으니 밤10시 이후에는 조용히 해주세요.(소음이나 인원초과등 민원이 제기되거나 적발시 퇴실조치합니다.) 침구류 및 수건 생필품은 제공되지 않습니다. 개별적으로 가져 오시기 바랍니다. 만약 침구류를 가져오기 어려우실 경우 침구류 대여 서비스를 제공하니 별도의 문의 부탁드립니다. (베게 및 사계절 침구류(요솜포함)/ 수건 8장 대여비 - 5만원) 일반쓰레기는 종량제 봉투를 구입하여 사용하시면 되며, 재활용은 재활용 봉투에 담아서 1층 주차장 뒤쪽편에 버리시면 됩니다.(음식물이나, 음료등은 모두 버리시고 배출 하셔야 합니다.) 음식물쓰레기도 음식물 쓰레기봉투를 구입하여 1층 건물입구 음식물통에 버리시면 됩니다.(노란색 음식물 봉투에 꼭 담아서 배출하여 주시기 바랍니다.) 만약 객실에서 흡연 적발시 범칙금 100,000원이 부과 됩니다. 흡연 장소는 옥상에 마련되어 있습니다. 또한 옥상은 10시 이후에는 이웃들을 위해 사용하셔도 조용하게 이용 부탁드립니다. 빨래를 하실 경우 건조기는 옥상 문앞에 있으니 사용하시면 됩니다.(10시 이후에는 소음으로 인해 사용하실 수 없습니다. ) 또한 옥상 올라가는 계단에 건조대와 청소기가 있으니, 필요하시면 사용하시고 제자리에 가져다 두시면 됩니다. 파티를 하시거나 파티 용품을 벽에 부착하는 행위는 금지합니다. (소음이나 벽지가 훼손될 시 추가요금이 발생할 수 있습니다. ) 감사합니다.
