도보1분: 시내버스정류장 도보3분: 귀덕바닷가 도보5분: 편의점, 브런치카페 차량5분~10분내외: 마트,맛집,제과점,도서관,대형마트,읍사무소,병원 도보5분이내 카페: 비에노즈,카페콜라 차량 5분 : 곽지해수욕장  차량 10분 : 한담카페거리 일주도로에 접해있어 교통이 편리하고 서부권 관광지 접근성이 좋습니다. 한적한 시골마을안에 있어 제주의 감성을 오롯이 느낄 수 있습니다. 철마다 바뀌는 농작물을 침실에서 감상하는 재미도 있고 가끔은 돌담너머 억새밭에 터를 잡고 살고있는 꿩가족을 만나는 즐거움도 있습니다^^ 서쪽으로 난 큰 창으로 펼쳐지는 바다노을은 매일이 다른 명화를 감상하게 해줍니다. 큰방에서는 귀덕바다가, 작은방에서는 한라산이 보이는 좋은 전망을 갖고 있구요. 대부분 1,2인가구여서 조용하고 평화로운 단지입니다. 저도 같은 건물에 살고있어 불편한부분은 바로 해결 해 드립니다^^ *엘리베이터가 없는 3층입니다. 노약자동반 하실 경우 신중한 예약 부탁드립니다. *단지앞 버스정류장 '초록마을' 일주버스 202번 정차합니다. *공항에서 차로 30분 걸립니다. *주차공간은 넉넉합니다. *쓰레기분리수거장이 단지내에 있어 편리합니다. *전기차충전소 있습니다. *극성수기(7월마지막주~8월첫주)가 포함된 기간은 추가이용료가 발생합니다. 예약전 문의바랍니다.
