하나로마트, 다이소, 병원, 도서관, 우체국, 읍사무소, 주유소, 한림오일장등이 차로 10분이내에 있고 도보5분 거리에 편의점이 있습니다. 집 앞 버스정류장에 202번 정차합니다.  단지내에 쓰레기 분리 수거장과 전기 충전소가 있습니다. 창밖으로 한담동카페거리, 곽지해수욕장, 거북등대가 보이구요 차로 10분거리에 한림공원, 협재해수욕장, 금능해수욕장이 있어요.동네를 산책하다보면 sns에서 핫한 카페와 맛집들을 만나실 수 있습니다.저희집은 애월시내와 한림시내 딱 중간에 위치 해 있어 차량 10분이내로 두지역의 편의시설을 모두 누리는 장점을 갖고 있습니다. 큰창을 통해 곽지바다와 돌담, 유채밭 등 제주스러움을 방 안에서도 만끽할 수 있습니다. 전망이 좋고 동네가 조용해서 웬만한 휴양지 부럽지 않지요.잘 가꿔진 정원에서 커피 한잔 하는 즐거움도 있구요 최근 아파트 내부와 외부를 리뉴얼하면서 신축아니냐는 질문을 받기도 한답니다  지하주차장도 있고 지상주차장도 넓어 주차하는데 어려움은 없습니다. 지내시는데 불편함 없도록 최선을 다해 관리하겠습니다. 단지내 쓰레기분리수거장 있습니다. *전기차충전소 있습니다. *극성수기( 7월마지막주~8월첫주)가 포함된 기 간은 추가이용료가 발생합니다. 예약전 문의바 랍니다.
