Jeju's southernmost 3-room oceanfront 3rd floor

Very, very kind.

I decided on this place after searching a lot of accommodations while preparing to live in Jeju with my 6-year-old for the month of June. When I was about to pay, some of the planned dates were already fully booked ㅠㅠ I brought forward my schedule to fit this place instead of other accommodations, and I'm 200% satisfied with the result ♡ I love Jeju so much that I extended it for 2 weeks and am now staying in Aewol. I'm feeling the good points of Beophwan-dong even more after checking out ^^;; We played in the guesthouse in front of our house for the first week, but after seeing other residents, I ordered a swimsuit, life jacket, tube, and mobile shopping cart through rocket delivery and dragged our luggage around ㅋㅋ We played with our child almost every day in the deep sea in front of the Haenyeo Experience Center (There are deep spots for adults too, so make sure to play safely with another water play group hehe). My child and I started swimming in the sea in mid-May, and my child, who used to have to go to the hospital on land, got through it without a single runny nose, so I think nature is truly amazing! If you are planning to live for a month, there are many days when you can enjoy a day near your accommodation without moving to another area. Beophwan-dong has restaurants, cafes, and the ocean within walking distance. This is a huge advantage. Now that I have moved to Aewol, I can't go to restaurants or the ocean without a car. ㅠㅠ So swimming in the ocean has become a routine that I have to prepare with great determination. ㅠㅠ In Beophwan-dong, I had brunch at a local restaurant that the host sent me, bought drinks at Venti, played in the ocean to my heart's content, and came home at 7 PM. ㅋㅋ And even on days when I went far away and came back at night, the roads were well-maintained and bright, and there were quite a few restaurants and delivery companies in the new downtown area that are open late, but Aewol has a night schedule and driving is too difficult. ㅠㅠ Beophwan-dong has all the infrastructure necessary for basic living, but it is a quiet and atmospheric neighborhood. ^^ E-Mart is less than ten minutes away by car, so it is good for shopping and basic eating. The accommodation options were also really good. There is a dryer, it is large in capacity (if there is no dryer, you have to dry your laundry for three days. ㅠㅠㅠ), all the cooking tools and dishes are there, and the bedding is clean. It's well-secured, I haven't seen a single bug, the hot water comes out well, the water pressure is good, there's ample parking, and the trash can is very well-managed. It's just quiet! I mostly stayed with my child, and my husband, mother, and younger sibling came and went for a short time when they were on vacation, and I didn't feel anxious and had a good time ^^ If there are any mothers who are planning to live for a month to make memories with their children, be brave and try! Try it ^^ It's a good location for sightseeing to the east and west. In Jeju, if you enter a destination in the navigation, it takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour. When I was preparing to live for a month, many people around me recommended accommodations to the west. The airport is 30 minutes away, but it takes about an hour to get to spots in the east like Jocheon (Hamdeok, Gimnyeong Beach) and about an hour and 20 minutes to Seongsan. In Seogwipo, Jocheon is about an hour away, and most tourist spots can be reached within an hour, so Seogwipo doesn't seem to have any disadvantages in terms of location. I had to get picked up and dropped off at the airport often, so it was a little disappointing that it was far from the airport, but the closer you get to Jeju City, the more complicated the traffic and environment become. ㅠㅠ If I come to Jeju again, I will go to Beophwan-dong again without hesitation. I've always been busy taking pictures while traveling to various places, but this summer vacation, I decided to do whatever came to mind without making any special plans for 5 nights and 6 days. Even though I've been to Jeju Island so many times, I never knew there was such a quiet and comfortable place. The accommodation was really clean and comfortable. I think the host manages it really well. He gave me quick and kind feedback, and I went to a good restaurant that he recommended and had a delicious meal. I think it's a really good neighborhood and accommodation for living in Jeju Island for a month or a year. I want to stay here again next time I travel to Jeju Island~^^

This is the accommodation I booked because I had to change my accommodation in a hurry while living in Jeju. It is located right in front of Seogwipo Beophwan Port, so you can go to the beach in 30 seconds from the accommodation. It was not possible to play in the water in March, but it seems like a good accommodation for playing in the water. The accommodation was clean, and the boiler was warm enough to make it hot. The host was so kind and nice that it was a place that made me feel good even before I checked in. This is the accommodation I would like to recommend if you are planning to stay in Seogwipo. I was very satisfied and had a good stay in a very clean and comfortable house. It was well equipped with the necessities for living, so I had no inconvenience at all during my one-week stay. The host's detailed guidance and information on living in the area were very helpful. Since Beopwha Port was right in front, it was nice to go for a walk every evening. It was geographically convenient to go east and west. There was a good place to shop (E-Mart) nearby, parking was convenient, and the security system at the entrance was good, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. The waste separation area was well managed, so it was comfortable. It was a house that I would not want to leave, so I would like to come back again if I have the chance.
