30 seconds on foot to Beophwan Port (Beophwan Maksuk) Various tubes can be used in summer. (Dolphin tube 190cm. Other tubes 180-190cm) Olle Trail is a 5-minute walk away. Convenience store 1 minute walk away. 3 minutes by car to E-Mart, Starbucks, McDonald's, Daiso, Modern House, and Seogwipo Intercity Bus Terminal. A semi-new villa complex with over 100 units completed in 2021. The piloti structure allows you to move indoors without getting wet from the rain. It is convenient because there is an electric vehicle charging station, security office, and separate recycling facility within the complex. The large capacity washer dryer, portable Google TV and refrigerator are all new purchases. There is a coffee machine so you can make your own coffee. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean, and the small room 1 has a view of the villa entrance, giving it a sense of openness. You can greet the morning while listening to the sounds of the sea and birds. All types of tubes can be used, but costs will be charged if lost or damaged. It's a very quiet complex.
