Newly built three-room apartments with ocean views right in front of every room and the sound of waves

The house is exactly like the photos and very clean!! Since it's in front of Beophwan Port, I went swimming every morning. All the nearby convenience facilities were close by, which was convenient. I loved it so much that I want to come back on my next trip!

I came with my kids for a late summer vacation and had a really comfortable and relaxing rest. The surrounding infrastructure is also close by and great. I think I'll revisit if I come to Jeju next time.

It was so nice playing in the water with the kids. The sea view right in front was great too. It's convenient with a convenience store and cafe nearby. We had a satisfying stay.

I had a great time with my two children for 6 nights and 7 days. The accommodation was clean and I think I had a great time enjoying the ocean in front of me. There was an E-Mart nearby, so I was able to buy food and cook, which was nice~ However, if you are going to stay for a long time, it would be better to have a vegetable washing bowl and a toilet bowl! The frying pan is a bit old and has a lot of scratches, so it would be better if it was replaced.^^ The heating worked well, so it was warm~ It was so nice to be warm. There were also ships in front, so I was able to enjoy Seogwipo without getting bored while watching people pass by^^ We lived with a large family, including my mother, and it was a house that required a wheelchair. There was an elevator, so it was comfortable to go anywhere without any difficulties~ It was also healing to take a walk nearby. I had a great time for 6 nights with great scenery. I stayed comfortably and am leaving.

Good points •Sea view: You can see the sea and the port together, so it was fun to watch young friends diving at the port, and I watched the sea water come in and out a lot •Mak-suk: It's good for kids to play in the water, but the water was too cold, so my kids didn't like it, but other kids didn't seem to be cold and played wellㅠ You could hear the kids playing, but the door was closed because of the air conditioner, so it wasn't annoying enough for me I was more worried about the smell of cigarettes or car exhaust on the street than the noise, but there was no smell •Desk: Last year, I thought I could work on the computer at the table, but it was hard, so this time, I definitely wanted a house with a desk.. •Good location: It's close to Seogwipo's new town, so it was good for going to the library, mart, and hospital (E-mart, Homeplus delivery available). There were a few convenience stores and restaurants on foot, so it was convenient, and it was good for walking along Olle 7-gil. Seogwipo Old Town, Jungmun Tourist Complex, Songaksan Mountain, Gotjawal Provincial Park (50 minutes one way) •New construction: I usually walked, but I used the elevator to load and unload luggage, the house was clean, so I used it cleanly, it was not a designated parking lot, so I parked wherever I wanted, and I could throw away my trash as I pleased (the recycling center was well managed), and there was no house next door or downstairs? Convenience ㅎㅎ Disappointing points •Kitchenware: I don't know if the guests took it, but there are no lidded bowls for side dishes (I took a few, but as of the summer of 2024, there are none, so if you need them, bring them) No cutlery holder (I cut a 2-liter plastic water bottle and used itㅠ) Not an electric 'pressure' rice cooker (It was just an electric rice cooker, so it didn't taste like the rice I usually eat, it's the first time I've had rice in a long time~;;) There was no bowl to wash vegetables, fruits, or anything, so I washed them in a pot and ate them ㅠㅠ The instructions and detailed information say that smelly foods like fish and meat are 'prohibited', but since it's not a hotel or a place where cooking is not allowed, I think it's more appropriate to say 'refrain'. •No dryer: I was lucky that it was after the rainy season, but I think a dryer is essential in Jeju. (If you stay long term in the summer and the weather is bad, you will be really screwed..) •Wired vacuum cleaner: For a room this size, wireless is a good choice.. Even with an extension cord, it doesn't cover the room, so you have to move the outlet once to clean it •There are bugs •No fan: It's okay for winter guests, but for summer guests, you can't use two small rooms without a system air conditioner (it's so hot that even a fan won't cover it) Overall review Last year, we stayed at a townhouse in the mountains of Jeju for 30 days, so this time we looked for a beachside accommodation (I bought a desk for my working husband!!), and although our family definitely had some regrets about this accommodation, this year's accommodation was better than last year's. As a long-term summer guest (I can't eat everything every time..), I was disappointed with the lack of a kitchen, but it's not my house, so I have to live without it. ㅎㅎ If you're not a long-term guest like me, what would be missing about a kitchen? As of the 25th, the management fee was 102,000 won. Considering my husband working on the computer, my kids watching YouTube, and the air conditioner running day and night, I think the management fee was also covered.. The host was kind, responded quickly, and I didn't have to contact him. As I told you in the text, I had a comfortable and enjoyable time.

Everything is perfect. There were no problems during my one-month stay, so I only contacted the host when checking in and checking out. The accommodation is on the second floor, but it is actually on the third floor, so the ocean view is really good. There is a walking path right outside, so it is good for a walk, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. Also, I often went to a cafe called Coffee Nine next to the building, and it was delicious and good. It was also good that the garbage disposal was close. In Jeju Island, garbage disposal is a job, so it is best to be close. There are many convenient facilities such as a mart and a theater within a 30-minute walk. And it is a private line without neighboring units, so it is quiet and there is no noise between floors. I was worried because the heating cost in Jeju Island is about three times more expensive than on the mainland, but the insulation is good, so it is warm even if you don't turn on the heating a lot. Everything is prepared, so you can stay without any problems even if you just come. Except for the slightly uncomfortable bed, I had a great stay for a month.

There is a natural spring water pool right in front of the accommodation, so it was convenient and nice to play in the water with the kids. The accommodation was also neatly organized and I was able to stay for a week without any inconvenience. However, I ended up doing laundry frequently because I played in the water in the summer, so it would have been even better if there was a dehumidifier. I had a great week-long vacation.

It was a place where you could hear the sound of waves so beautifully when you opened the window. The bathroom was also very clean, and the sea in front of the place was so pretty. I'm going to rest for a week. I want to come back for a month next time!!

I may have some free time after a 3-week trip to Jeju, but I will write a review of Design View 6 nights and 7 days honestly as I felt. This kind of review is bound to be different from the perspective of the traveler (user) and the owner, and their needs are bound to be different. If there are people who will refer to this review, a realistic approach is needed. First, the basis should be how much I paid to obtain or use a certain product. Usually, most people forget the cost they paid or paid and blindly demand only the best service, which is extremely selfish. The accommodation I used cost 981,000 won for 6 nights and 7 days, excluding utility bills, so it is 163,500 won per day. Different people may have different opinions, but if the cost of using 3 rooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms (with an elevator) is 163,500 won, you honestly don't have much to ask for. From the owner's perspective, considering the aftercare, cleaning, property damage, usability, trash, labor costs, etc. that are paid for that 163,500 won per day, it is a great value for money from the user's perspective. Parking is not difficult. I used the 2nd floor, but it was easy to move my luggage because there was an elevator. The ocean view is definitely as advertised. However, when you open the window as you usually imagine, the vast ocean spreads out, but it uniquely shows half the view of the port and half the view of the sea. People who travel for the 'view' should naturally pay more and choose a good accommodation. If you look at other household items, the quality is obviously lower than that of a private home. In particular, the corded vacuum cleaner brought back memories, and the bedding was honestly not comfortable for people in their 50s or older. However, it would be easy for young people, and if your goal is a comfortable bed and a warm night, you can pay more and go to a luxury accommodation. For me, a 50-year-old, the most inconvenient thing while staying is the bedding. And the main reason why most of the household items in these accommodations are cheap and low-quality is because they are often stolen. Even if I were the owner, I would probably prepare them at a price that would not be a big deal if they were lost. Since this problem is caused by the foundation of social trust, it is unfortunate that both the brigadier general and the consumers cannot agree on quality service because of a small number of people with bad habits. Nevertheless, if I have one thing to add to the owner, I would ask that you upgrade the hair dryer. The smell of burning plastic coming with the wind makes me frown. Conclusion... - For people who travel here and there and mostly go out, it is great value for money, and the building is newly built and clean. - If your goal is quiet healing and reflection, you should definitely pay that much and go to a place where you can hear the birds singing. - If young people or families don't care about the neighbors and enjoy a late-night meal or just a place to sleep, this is a great value for money place. - If you're looking for things to see or entertainment, it's better to go to a well-known place. If your goal is to travel to the south and middle mountains of Jeju Island or the southeast and you don't care about the romance of sleeping, this is perfect. I stayed 3 nights and 4 days at another place before coming to this place, and it was really pretty, healing, and cozy, and I wanted to stay at home. However, the cost is about 350,000 won per day. In other words, you should first set your travel purpose and the price you're willing to pay, and then you should want what you want. Looking at the location of the place, it's near Beophwan Port, and the business district here doesn't seem very active. So, if you're thinking of it as a place to live, this place is not bad at all. As a small advantage, you don't have to go outside to throw away the trash! There are surprisingly enough hangers. One of the bathrooms has a bidet, which is a plus. The table and chair setting on the veranda of the bedroom is really nice. Whether you eat ramen or drink wine there, it becomes a restaurant with a good view. The utility bill was calculated at 16,150 won for a week. I couldn't tell if the owner of the accommodation was in Jeju or if the manager was in another place. Since it's non-face-to-face anyway, it's not important, but if you look around the accommodation from the user's perspective, you'll notice places that really need to be taken care of. I spent 6 nights and 7 days without any complaints, as it was worth the cost. It was the accommodation that focused the most on cost-effectiveness during the 3 weeks in Jeju. I stayed at a 650,000 won per day accommodation for a few days, but as always, you can choose an accommodation based on your needs and purpose. I hope that the culture of users taking care of their own home and not touching their belongings will become established. Then, the owner will feel like providing service.
