Unique Condo is located inside an alley in the center of Nimmanhaemin, so city noise is not loud. There is also a restaurant (Kai Yang Cheongdoi) in the alley of the accommodation that is popular with Koreans. Also there are MAYA convenient store and One Nimman community mall not far from the place which are good choices for eating shopping and spending time for city tour.
