Stay Bium User Manual Accommodation beyond the designated number of guests is not permitted. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed. Please refrain from using items that pose a fire hazard, such as candles or incense. Please refrain from making excessive noise as it may disturb your neighbors. Since this is a house with a country yard, various bugs may appear. We have provided bug repellent/mosquito swatter, so please use it. The cat next door sometimes comes to play. You can pick lettuce, peppers, and other vegetables from the garden on the right side of the entrance and eat them. [How to use the boiler] 1. Heating is by oil boiler. 2. There is a boiler controller above the bed in the bedroom. When using it, turn on the light switch. 3. When going out, turn it OFF to save usage. 4. Be sure to turn it OFF when not using hot water. If it is in hot water mode, it will continue to run. [Check-in and check-out] 1. Check-in time is 3pm. Please contact us if the time changes. 2. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 3. When checking out, guests are required to clean up and dispose of trash themselves. 4. When checking out, please wash and put away any dishes and utensils you used. 5. Please empty the food waste and refrigerator contents when leaving. 6. Food waste disposal is only possible with a transportation card (please prepare in advance). [Deposit Settlement] The deposit will be settled within 3 days after the inspection of the fixtures and facilities upon check-out. Utility bills (oil boiler/electricity/water) are calculated and paid by deducting them from the deposit. You must compensate for any damage to the provided items/facilities.
