It was a wonderful place with a really great view right in front of the sea~I had a great 3-week stay. If I have a reason to come back to Gangneung for a long time, I definitely want to visit again~ I got by without a car, and there were several restaurants nearby, so it was very convenient~ My child enjoyed the beach to their heart's content ㅋㅋㅋ It was convenient that there was a city bus stop near the beach. However, the bus stop to go into Gangneung city takes about 15 minutes to walk~ The host was kind and responded quickly, which was great. Since I have a child, I cooked a lot at home, and most of the necessary items were available, which was good. However, items like pots, frying pans, and rice cookers were quite old with chipped coatings or felt outdated, which was a bit disappointing~And there were no seasonings, so that was a bit...Probably not many people come all the way here to cook and eat, so it should be fine to just buy simple things and eat them without any inconvenience~ The cleaning didn't feel thoroughly clean, so that was also a bit disappointing, but the view from the house and the location were really the best. Overall, it was a really satisfying accommodation. Thank you^^

I really appreciated how quickly the host responded. The house was clean and well-organized, exactly as described, so I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. I could feel thoughtful touches of kindness throughout the space. The emerald-colored sea and Odaesan mountain views from the top-floor terrace were absolutely stunning, and I was moved by them every day. The interior design was sophisticated and warm, making it very comfortable to stay. I had a truly wonderful 14 nights here!

It was much better than expected. The view was amazing, and the dishes and bedding were all clean. I didn't need anything during my stay. It's very close to the beach with children, and there's no inconvenience walking to convenience stores and marts. I want to come back again.

It was such a wonderful trip for 17 days. It was more fantastic and impressive than I had imagined. I highly recommend it to those who are planning to travel to Gangneung. The beach was always quiet and clean, and it was even quiet on the weekends~~~ And I was happy drinking one black sesame latte a day at Bau Cafe, and in the evening, I walked along the beach deck while feeling the gentle sea breeze. ᆢᆢ The full moon was so bright that I was surprised by the moon reflecting on the sea. It was also nice to go out to the breakwater at dawn and see the sunrise. On the way back after seeing the sunrise, I also enjoyed looking around the inner neighborhood beyond the accommodation. The houses were nice, the yards were decorated beautifully, and everyone was so kind that we talked a lot about flowers. They picked pretty flowers for us and showed us around the house. I was really sad when it was time to go back. I should have done it for a month~~ㅍㅎㅎ There is a very large grocery store within 10 minutes walking distance There is also a hospital above the store, so I used it conveniently while I was there What was disappointing was The window management was not done well It is a house with a very pretty view, but the glass of the sash window was dirty and the window frame was also not managed While I was there, they cleaned the front glass of the terrace and it was really nice I wish they would pay more attention to window management And the bathroom exhaust fan had to be turned on all the time So I was a little nervous when I slept I got used to it after a few days ㅎㅎ Also, there were not enough dishes It is not enough for 4 people. I think it should be the same as the number of people, And when calculating the deposit, they calculate it as 10,000 won per day. On the site, it is set at 10,000 won per day, but it says that it varies depending on the usage, so I thought they calculate the usage separately and calculate it. The remaining deposit was deposited a few days later. Still, it is a place I definitely want to go back to. If time permits, I should make another reservation as soon as possible.

The moment I opened the front door, wow! It is a house that makes you exclaim, "What a wonderful place!" It is a place with a wide terrace and a panoramic ocean view. It is a place with one room and one living room, but it does not feel cramped because of the large windows on the front and sides. It is a place that embraces a very wide ocean. Every morning, you can see the sunrise from the living room to the bedroom. There are many pretty cafes around, but since our place is a cafe with an ocean view, I didn't envy any cafes when I had a cup of coffee and sat on the terrace. I had a good two weeks. There is a shuttle bus that runs frequently from Yeongjin Port to Jumunjin Port, but unfortunately I didn't ride the bus. It is an 8-minute drive away, and I bought red crabs at Jumunjin Port, boiled ramen, ate crab meat, made red crab bibimbap, went fishing at Yeongjin Beach, trekked along Baekdamsa Valley, and went to Seonjae-gil and Biseondae. It was a fun trip. However, there is a sewer smell in the house. Since I saw other people's reviews, I always turned on the air purifier and kept the bathroom exhaust fan on, so there was no smell. And the user manual for my house is visible, so I wish they had written it in large letters and attached it here and there. I used tape. The writing on the pasted note was faded and hard to read, so I took off one star. And I don't know if it was just when I moved in, but there weren't enough detergents to live there for two weeks. Still, I'd like to visit this place again if I get the chance.

It was such a comfortable and precious break~ It was a break planned for a special time with my elderly motherᆢ Even without having to go outsideᆢ Even without going to a cafeᆢ I received the feeling of a beach cafe for a full fortnightᆢ The beautiful clouds drawn in the sky before dawnᆢ And the cool sound of waves in my ears A special bonus beyond imagination^^ A wide balconyㆍOpen ocean view windowㆍ The front is a cool ocean view~ The side feels like I'm at a Jeju Island hotel I really enjoyed itᆢ If I have time again I'll definitely come back here~~ A really, really wonderful place, really great people, and precious time I'll remember forever and have engraved memories in my heart Thank you~~

I wanted to live in a penthouse, and the view and the nearby beach were exactly what I was looking for, so I chose it and I really don't regret it^^ I went to live with my baby for two weeks, and even without doing anything, just looking at the ocean in front of me was healing~ It was great because I could see everything from sunrise to sunset, and I could live privately, and it was easy to take my baby around, and I could go to Gangneung City, the Animal Farm, and the Aquarium in about 20-30 minutes~ I also really liked that Yeongjin Beach was just 2 minutes away. The host was so kind and the house was clean, so it was so comfortable to live~ I still miss the ocean that was spread out in front of me when I open my eyes~ It's such a great place that I want to go again. It was a trip where I was completely immersed in the view from the terrace^^

I had a great time during my 14-night stay. I will briefly list some of the pros and cons. *Pros* 1. The view is good. 2. Convenience facilities are easy to find. 3. The interior is well-decorated. 4. Clean. 5. Quiet. (The noise from nearby construction was not a big problem.) 6. The host is friendly. 7. The kitchenware is well-equipped. *Cons* 1. The smell coming from the sink drain is inconvenient. You have to keep the lid closed at all times. 2. The bathroom smells, so I was told to close the plug and keep the exhaust fan on, so I did, but the noise is annoying in the early morning. 3. There are no basic toiletries, shampoo, body wash, etc., so you have to prepare everything yourself. 4. The front window of the living room has a linen curtain, so it felt cold during the coldest day of my stay, and during the day, the TV and laptop screens were not visible due to the sunlight. Blackout curtains or double curtains would be good. 5. There was a coffee machine, so I thought there would be a few capsules as welcome items, but there weren't any, so the coffee machine wasn't really necessary. 6. I wondered why there was scotch tape on the screw of the small recycling bin handle... The screw kept coming off and disappearing, so I had to go through the trash bag several times. I wish they would fix it or replace it. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes for any accommodation. I wrote it down without holding back while I was there.
