▪️Our accommodation is a healing house where you can experience nature, with views of the sea🌊 from the hallway and a pine forest🏡 and sky from the balcony windows. It is a place with a wide-open view that lets in plenty of sunlight☀ without any buildings blocking the front. 🌄 ▪️You can walk to Yeongjin Beach in 10 minutes, allowing you to visit the sea anytime for barefoot walking, swimming, or strolling. You can also take a sea tour on the red city bus (sea tea) that covers the beaches of Gangneung. 🏖 ▪️There is a large grocery store within a 5-minute walk, Nonghyup Bank within a 5-minute drive, and Jumunjin Fish Market within a 10-minute drive, allowing you to enjoy a variety of food options. You can also reach downtown Gangneung within 20 minutes by car or take a bus. ▪️Even if you arrive on foot, there are bus and taxi stands right in front.🚕🚃 ▪️There is a convenience store on the first floor of the complex and a large pharmacy just a 2-minute walk away, making it very convenient in case of an emergency. ▪️Both underground and above-ground parking are well-equipped, so you do not need to worry about parking (free parking, no separate registration required). ▪️[Stylish Amenities] You can watch TV, YouTube, Netflix, and Disney TV via a projector and speakers. ▪️[Household Amenities] A washing machine, dryer, and detergent are provided for laundry. The gas stove has been replaced with an induction cooktop.🎈 Introducing our accommodation. 🌿 Clean White Interior - Our accommodation features a combination of clean white tones and wood interiors. - We recommend this place to those seeking a quiet rest. - In this cozy space, you can play music, enjoy the sunshine and sky, and enjoy a healing time such as reading or relaxing. 🌿 When you think of Gangneung, you think of the sea! - The sea (Yeongjin Beach, Dokkaebi Beach) is very close, so you can walk there anytime. The nearby pine forest path is also perfect for a stroll. There are occasionally fireworks displays over the sea on weekend evenings. - You can also enjoy both the sea and cafes by taking the Gangneung City Tour Bus. 🌿 Restaurants, Cafes, and Walks Various cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, so you can go out and enjoy them whenever you like. Personally, I recommend taking a walk to the Bohemian Coffee main branch to enjoy the hand-drip coffee brewed by Mr. Park Yi-chu. The Jumunjin Fish Market is also nearby, so touring sashimi restaurants or grilled fish restaurants is also a great option. 🌿 Swimming Pool, Sauna, Pine Forest Path - If you enjoy swimming, there is a modern swimming pool located within the nearby Provincial University. You can purchase a day pass, so after swimming, take a stroll along the nearby pine forest path. - There is a bathhouse and sauna called Ocean Spa. Please visit when you feel stiff and sore. We accept reservations for up to 3 adults, but the most comfortable group size is 1 or 2 people, or 2 adults plus 1 child (2).
