Above all, while a small place for a month-long stay can feel cramped, a large one can be difficult to manage. This place features a two-room layout with a bedroom, living room, a separate pantry for storage, and a kitchen (which is really spacious with a U-shaped layout). It is a clean, comfortable size for 2 to 3 people, making it the most suitable place for a month-long stay. With a terrace, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea while gazing at the sea or have a glass of wine in the evening. Since it is an apartment rather than a detached house, there is a management office and excellent recycling facilities. There is also ample and pleasant parking space with parking on the ground level, as well as on the 2nd and 3rd basement levels. The most important point is that you can see the sea from anywhere inside the house, making it a truly happy place ☺️ A diverse range of guests, from elderly couples in their 60s to artists in their 30s, newlyweds, and families with young children, have all been satisfied.
