As this is a studio rental, providing bedding (duvets), towels, toilet paper, and toiletries is illegal. (If desired, unopened duvets can be purchased for 30,000 KRW.) There is a temporary parking space right next to the building (within 10 minutes), and a free parking lot along the embankment and a spacious free public riverside parking lot are located just one minute behind the building. It is suitable for a quiet and convenient workcation in Gangneung, situated along the riverside with a walking path. The independent studio is equipped with an air purifier, cordless vacuum, desk, lamp, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and laundry detergent to support a workcation. The shared amenities room on the first floor features a sofa, tea table, dining table, cooking facilities, a clothes dryer, and a direct-flow water purifier. You can watch TV, including Netflix and YouTube, via Chromecast. All necessary conveniences and commercial facilities are concentrated within a 5 to 10-minute walk. It is an 8-minute drive from Gangneung IC, a 5-minute taxi ride, and a 16-minute bus and walk from Gangneung Station.

Washing dishes, disposing of trash, and tidying the floors before check-out are mandatory responsibilities of the tenant, separate from the move-out cleaning.
