(If the contract holder and the tenant are different, it is limited to family members (or employees in the case of a company).) Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the building, and pets are not allowed. (A special cleaning fee will be charged if violations are confirmed.) Additional charges will apply for excessive water, electricity, or gas usage. As this is a rental studio, providing bedding (duvets), towels, toilet paper, and toiletries is illegal and therefore not provided. (If desired, unopened duvets can be purchased for 30,000 KRW.) There is no parking lot within the building, but there is a temporary parking space right next to the building (within 10 minutes). Additionally, the Dukbang Free Parking Lot and a spacious large-scale riverside free public parking lot are located within a 1-minute walk. The studios with independent entrances are equipped with an air purifier, high table, desk, lamp, capsule coffee machine, projector, cordless vacuum cleaner, and laundry detergent to support a workcation. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc. via the Chromecast attached to the projector or TV. The maximum occupancy is 2 people upon separate contract. (Identity information for accompanying guests is required due to shared facilities.) Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the entire building, and pets are not allowed (a special cleaning fee will be charged if detected). As this is a residential lease agreement, bedding (duvets), towels, toilet paper, and toiletries are not provided. (Unopened new bedding (30,000 KRW) is available for those who need it.) Costs will be charged for any contamination, discoloration, damage, or malfunction of the leased facilities or provided appliances. Washing dishes, disposing of trash, and tidying the floor before check-out are mandatory responsibilities for tenants, separate from the move-out cleaning. Additional charges will apply for excessive usage of electricity, gas, and water.
