(Unopened bedding can be purchased for 30,000 KRW if desired.) - There is no parking within the building, but temporary parking is available right next to the building (within 10 minutes). Additionally, there is a free parking lot at the embankment and a spacious, large-scale free public riverside parking lot located 1 minute behind the building. This is an independent studio with high ceilings, bright south-facing views adjacent to the river. Additional amenities provided include a direct-flow water purifier, coffee machine, air purifier, cordless vacuum cleaner, laundry detergent, complete cooking utensils, and cooking oil. A large clothes dryer is provided in the separate shared convenience room on the 1st floor. This remodeled studio offers a quiet and convenient living environment suitable for a "workcation" in Gangneung, featuring a Bluetooth speaker.
