(Unopened bedding can be purchased for 30,000 KRW if desired.) - There is no parking within the building, but temporary parking is available right next to it (within 10 minutes). Additionally, the free Dukbang parking lot and a spacious, large-scale free riverside public parking lot are located 1 minute behind the building. This is a bright, south-facing, high-ceilinged independent studio adjacent to the river. Additional amenities provided include a direct-flow water purifier, coffee machine, air purifier, cordless vacuum cleaner, laundry detergent, complete cooking utensils, and cooking oil. A large clothes dryer is available in the separate shared convenience room on the first floor. This remodeled studio offers a quiet and convenient living environment suitable for a "workcation" in Gangneung, and features a Bluetooth speaker. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, and more via Chromecast. Numerous essential amenities and commercial facilities are located within a 5 to 10-minute walk. It is an 8-minute drive from Gangneung IC, a 5-minute taxi ride, and a 16-minute bus and walk from Gangneung Station.

Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the entire building, and pets are not allowed (a special cleaning fee will be charged if detected). Charges will apply for contamination, discoloration, damage, or malfunction of rented facilities or provided appliances. Washing dishes, disposing of trash, and tidying the floors before check-out are mandatory responsibilities for tenants, separate from the move-out cleaning. Additional charges will apply for excessive usage of electricity, gas, and water.
