Living room/room 25th floor ocean, city view apartment 7 minutes to Sokcho Beach, 3 minutes to E-Mart

The host is very kind and responds at lightning speed. The place looks exactly like the photos, and being on the 25th floor means there's absolutely no noise. With a total of 5 elevators, we didn't have to wait and could use them right away, which was great. The kitchen is well-equipped with necessary items, so it was nice to be able to cook simple meals. Everything was cleaned neatly, making it comfortable to stay. Also, the bed mattress was perfect—not too soft and not too firm. Although we're only 2 people and didn't use them, there are extra beddings in the closet, so it would be great for families to stay as well. Being right next to the Express Bus Terminal makes transportation very convenient, and there are many restaurants nearby. There's even a tteokbokki restaurant right next door. Parking was convenient too—although we visited during the peak season around Liberation Day, there was parking space available. There's a CU convenience store on the 1st floor, which is very convenient. The host offered a great price even during the holiday period, so my mother and I were able to rest comfortably. I thought I had left something behind and contacted the host, and they checked with the cleaning company and the next guest, which made me feel very sorry but also very grateful. I'll definitely use this place again when I visit Sokcho next time.

The host was very kind and attentive. Being on the 25th floor, it was right in the middle of the city but incredibly quiet with no noise between floors. Emart, the bus terminal, and convenience stores are all within a 3-minute walk, making public transportation convenient and it was great to be able to get what I needed right away. The price was reasonable, and it's not easy to find a place with these facilities and location. It was a truly excellent choice as a base camp for my Sokcho trip. 😊

Escaping from daily life into another time... I want to praise my choice of this quiet and clean accommodation that is undisturbed by anyone. The thoughtfully provided consumables and furnishings showed the owner's consideration, so there was nothing lacking. And Sokcho is... Every day was comforting, whether the weather was nice or rainy. I will miss the Sokcho sea that peeks through the window view. Thank you for a wonderful stay ~^

Overall, it was the best choice!!! The host responded really quickly and kindly, which was great. The apartment was clean and well-organized as described, and being on the 25th floor, it was quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The price was reasonable, so I was very satisfied. It's only a 3-minute walk to E-Mart and the bus stop, so the convenience was really excellent. It's an accommodation I'd like to visit again!

The 12 days at ************ were truly a dreamlike experience for me. First of all, I was captivated by the clean, neatly organized interior and the ample amenities. The spacious entrance hall and bedroom were equipped with a large bed, dresser, and fan, large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The living room had a TV and sofa, and two tables of the same size and shape were placed in front and to the sides, making it ideal for two people to sit side by side and work. There was also a folding table and a large clothes rack that folded up and stood upright. Next to the TV was a potted ornamental plant. The kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, rice cooker, and various dishes on the shelf above the sink. To the right of the sink was a dining table, to the left a washing machine, and next to that was a fairly large refrigerator. I was able to enjoy a healthy meal of vegetables and other healthy ingredients, having bought a lot of groceries at the nearby E-Mart, just for me. However, the tall, stylish dining chairs were a bit uncomfortable for my age and physical condition, so I mostly ate standing up. But just being in that space made me happy. Sokcho Beach was a seven-minute walk away, so I could often enjoy the East Sea views. There was a bus stop right outside my accommodation, so I could easily get to Seoraksan Mountain, Yeongrang Lake, and Sokcho Market without a car. I visited several times. A friend from Seoul came and stayed for two nights. We saw Seoraksan Mountain's Sinheungsa Temple, Biseondae, and Biryong Falls. We also made an unforgettable memory of riding a roller coaster around Yeongrang Lake, which would normally take three and a half hours to walk, in just one hour and 20 minutes, with two grandmothers chanting and rolling it around. Another unforgettable memory I can't forget is the host. I made my reservation relatively early, but unlike me, who was indifferent, he contacted me immediately after making the reservation and was very welcoming. He was always so kind and considerate to my every need, always responding to my inquiries promptly and sincerely. He was always considerate of my situation. As soon as I arrived at the accommodation, I opened the door to check the ocean, but it wasn't visible. I expressed my disappointment by saying, "I thought I could see the ocean, but I can't." He apologized and offered me a 100,000 won refund, telling me to buy something delicious. I could see it before, but a tall building jutted out to the left, obscuring it. But a few days later, on a clear day, I looked up at the sky and saw patches of the ocean in the distance. I was nitpicking because I was only looking at the land. I was so sorry, but I didn't return the money. Hosting, I'm truly sorry. So, everyone, since the ocean view is from the sky, please look at the sky from the living room. On the day I was returning to Seoul, I had to buy a ticket for 12:55 PM, so my checkout time was 11 AM. I asked if I could leave my trunk in the hallway until 12:40 PM. They graciously agreed, saying the cleaning staff would arrive at 11 AM but that they would ask me to come a little later. Just as I was about to leave my luggage, my phone only had 20% charge, so I sat on the sofa to charge it. Then, the host couple showed up, and I was lucky enough to meet them. They were truly wonderful, a beautiful couple. On the way back, I saw a young woman sleeping with her phone plugged in on the bus, and it dawned on me that you could actually charge your phone on an express bus. It's been a while since I've been back in Korea for a long time, and I'm sorry for the many things I lack, but I'm also grateful. I recently retired and had many thoughts about traveling somewhere, and I thought about my best friend from 40 years ago who got married in Sokcho Ayajin, and I vaguely felt excited to visit her. I found this accommodation on Live Anywhere. The day before I checked in, I received a message from the host saying that the room was empty on the day of my check-in, so I could come early at my convenience. I arrived a little early and went up with a pounding heart. When I opened the door, I smiled without realizing it. The tools were neat and tidy, and I thought, “Ah! The host is polite and kind, so the room is also very clean.” I met a vague friend and my husband came over on the weekend, and I have high hopes of visiting again. I will work hard once again. Thank you to the kind host who even sent a coffee coupon to a customer who checked out.

The sea is far away, but the view is good because it is on the 25th floor. The items were carefully prepared, so I was able to rest well without having to buy anything else. The soundproofing is good, so it is very quiet, and the bed and bedding are clean and comfortable. E-Mart is very close, so it is convenient, and Sokcho Beach is also close, so it was good for taking a walk. The host is very kind and responds quickly, so I feel reassured. I stayed for a week this time, but I regret it later, so I will look forward to the next time.

From the first day until the last, the staff was quick and friendly, so I had a great rest! The quick processing of guest parking registrations throughout the stay made it even more convenient. The room was stocked with essentials like towels and toilet paper, which was convenient. Sokcho Beach is within a 10-minute walk. There's a convenience store on the first floor, and right next door are Daiso, Olive Young, and E-Mart, the largest in the country. It was a truly comfortable stay! Highly recommended!
