Within 10 minutes on foot: Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and many other delicious restaurants 7 minutes by car: Hanlim-eup infrastructure including Hanlim Hanaro Mart This is a detached townhouse located 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot from Hyeopjae Beach. Jeju Lorone is the second house of Lorone, a family of four with elementary school-aged sisters, and is the perfect place for families who want to stay in Jeju for a short time. I want to leave the noisy city and spend time in quiet nature. A place that can satisfy the infrastructure enjoyed in the city to some extent. During the day, you can play to your heart's content in the sea with your children. A place with hip spaces nearby where couples can spend time together at night after putting the kids to bed. A private and independent living space for our family A place where you can feel a sense of security and peace by forming a town of a certain size. This is the place I chose after traveling around Jeju Island looking for a place that is easy to manage, neither too big nor too small. It is in very clean condition after undergoing interior and exterior remodeling and complete furniture replacement in August 23rd. In April 2024, the private backyard was landscaped with gravel that is free of bugs and weeds. Jeju-style tangerine trees, camellia trees, and cycads were planted, and solar lights were installed to create a beautiful garden day and night. This is the best choice for those who want to enjoy the hip sensibility of Hyeopjae while also enjoying a healing time in Jeju's nature. Not only is it easy to get to major tourist destinations in western Jeju, such as Aewol and Hallim, but it is also conveniently located for travel to Andeok, Jungmun, and Seogwipo. You can easily understand the accommodation space by looking at the bird's eye view attached in the photo. - It is a two-story, stand-alone townhouse. - The complex consists of 15 buildings, so you can live with a sense of stability. - It is just my private location, there is a garden at the back of the building, and most of the windows and sashes of the accommodation face the back garden, so privacy is well guaranteed. - There are two terrace spaces on the first floor and one on the second floor, as well as a small garden, so it can be used in various ways. - Only 2 designated parking spaces are available in front of my front door. - The first floor is mainly a living space with a living room and dining room, and the second floor is divided into two bedrooms, making it a highly convenient structure. - The bathroom is located on the 1.5th floor, making it easily accessible from both the 1st and 2nd floors. - With a floor space of 18 pyeong, it is easy to clean and maintain, making it the perfect size for a short-term stay in Jeju. - It is located closest to the sea within the complex, so you can see the sea view from all areas on the 1st and 2nd floors. If you use public transportation, you can get to the accommodation in one go by taking bus number 202 that departs from near the airport. It takes 10 minutes on foot to the bus stop.

The basic number of people available is 2. - Up to 5 people can use it, limited to family members. - Infants under 24 months are also included in the contract number of people. - Only contracted personnel may use the accommodations and facilities. - Additional people other than those agreed upon during the rental period are not permitted, and if this rule is violated, you will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund. 2. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. - If you are checking out late, you must notify us in advance and an additional fee of 10,000 won per hour will be charged. (However, if there is a team entering on the same day, there may be restrictions on use.) 3. We are paying special attention to quarantine, but it is difficult to completely block bugs coming from Jeju's seaside and garden. We do not provide refunds due to bugs. Those who are sensitive should think carefully before making a reservation. 4. Parking regulations within the townhouse are strict, so please park only in the designated area. (There is designated parking for 2 cars in front of the entrance.) 5. As this is a townhouse with 15 residents, please be quiet in the garden and terrace after 9 PM. 6. If you are accompanied by infants or young children, please provide safety instructions. (Please be especially careful when using the stairs.) The lessee is responsible for any accidents during the rental period. 7. Please be careful of contamination of fabric products such as bedding and sofas. (In case of severe contamination, cleaning and repurchase fees may apply.) 8. If any part breaks or is damaged during use, please let us know in advance. (Cost will be charged in case of breakdown or damage.) 9. All equipment in the accommodation must be used only within the accommodation. Equipment used on the terrace (Bluetooth speakers, camping lights, scented candle lights, etc.) must be returned to the TV shelf drawer immediately after use. Costs may be charged for damage or loss. 10. Since this is a short-term rental contract for the second house that our family is currently using, we cannot provide any additional items other than those that our family has already used, and since sanitary products (disposable products) are not provided, you must prepare them yourself. In addition, bedding replacement and cleaning services will not be provided during the rental period. Please wash and use them, and if you wish to clean them in the middle, we will connect you with a cleaning service. 11. When going out 1) Turn off the air conditioner/heater and lights. 2) Make sure to close windows and terrace doors (sashes) (not only can sudden rain cause a flood, but outsiders can also come in.) 3) Please collect and throw away recyclable waste and food waste on the corresponding days. (This can cause bugs to enter and bad odors.) 12. When leaving - You must do basic tidying up, such as separating and disposing of trash, washing dishes, and putting things back in their proper places. 13. If you do not comply with the regulations below, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and damage compensation costs will be charged. 1) Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the building or garden. 2) Pets are not allowed. 3) Please refrain from cooking food that produces a lot of oil splatter indoors. For dishes that produce a lot of oil splatter, such as pork belly or fish, please cook them on the terrace using the provided gas burner. 4) Indoors, you may not use any products that produce smoke or scents, such as mosquito repellents, candles, or fire-using products, including gas grills. 5) You cannot wear shoes indoors.

  • This is a short-term stay. Some daily necessities may not be provided. Please note that terms and services differ from standard accommodations.

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

  • The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.

  • We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.
