****These are the rules**** 1. Absolutely no smoking (since it is a new building, the sensor is sensitive and an alarm will sound inside the room. Smoking areas are on the 1st floor and the rooftop of the 21st floor. 2. The trash disposal area is on the 2nd floor. Food waste and volume-based waste disposal area is on the 2nd floor. You can also put the rest of your general waste in garbage bags and dispose of it on the 2nd floor. 3. There are simple seasonings and kitchen utensils in the accommodation, but please refrain from cooking food with excessive odors (e.g. grilling/frying fish). 4. The management fee is usually based on 2 people (average of 240,000 to 280,000 won in the summer), but if the management fee is excessive (exceeding 300,000 won), a separate fee may be charged. ========================================== Our accommodation is located in the heart of Daegu's bustling Gyodong district, surrounded by restaurants and entertainment. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the subway station.
