[1 week stay review] I was very satisfied with the accommodation, but it was a shame that I only booked it for 1 week. I went to another place a week later.. I missed this house ㅠㅠ ● Accommodation selection criteria 1. Must have a view of the ocean 2. Dogs allowed 3. Parking available ● Pros (too many) 1. Parking lot is spacious, so no worries 2. There are 3 elevators in the building, so it's convenient 3. The interior is neat and organized 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with trash bags, food bags, kitchen detergent, and dishwashing sponges 5. The bathroom has toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels 6. The sofa is soft enough to watch TV while lying down 7. The side view of the ocean is good, but you can see it well, and most of all, you can hear the sound of the waves 8. There's a mountain in front of the veranda, so you can hear the sounds of birds as a collaboration 9. There are many empty drawers, so it's good for organizing my stuff 10. There are mountains in front, but strangely, there are no bugs. I didn't see a single mosquito. 11. Coupang Rocket Delivery, Wow Delivery available area (same-day delivery OK! Good for water delivery) 12. Yeongjin Beach deck road and connected to Jumunjin, good for walking 13. The ocean is really 1 minute away 14. Convenience stores 1 minute away (7-Eleven, E-Mart 24) 15. Cafes galore (dog-friendly cafes are open until 10 PM) 16. There are many local residents, so it feels like a part of daily life rather than a tourist attraction (good that there are many residents walking late at night) 17. The most important deposit!! Deposit on the day of check-out! It was really good that it was processed quickly ● Disappointing points (Nothing major, but if I had to write it down..) 1. There were a lot of negative notices on the elevator, which was inconvenient. (ex. Airbnb is illegal, etc...) 2. The hallway sensor light doesn't work (It's a little scary at night when you get off the elevator and walk home) 3. The vacuum cleaner is corded, so it's a bit inconvenient, but the suction power is amazing 4. It's a shame there's no fan (I want to get some fresh air after taking a shower when it's hot, but it's ambiguous to turn on the air conditioner... I think it would be nice if the host had a fan) 5. Baemin delivery doesn't workㅠㅠ No late-night snacksㅋㅋ
