*** *** **** ***** It looks like a place built around 2015~2016, but I think the photos were taken right after it was built~ When I actually went there, there was a gap between the door leading to the terrace on the 2nd floor, and there was a musty smell like mold in the master bedroom and the 2nd floor room ㅠㅠ The exterior looked fine, but the interior was a bit... like that. The detached house I stayed in didn't have an air conditioner in the master bedroom... I wasn't sure I could stand the smell and the heat, so I brought the bed mattress out to the living room and used the master bedroom as a storage room ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ My husband said that I should ask to change rooms if that's the case, but I had already unpacked all my stuff for a month, and since we built it together, I didn't want to bother thinking it would be different since it was a different house, so I just stayed there, but I should have asked~~ Anyway, the house condition wasn't that great... The dishes were too old and had cracks and scratches... The fan was broken, and the vacuum cleaner was on and off, hahahahahahaha When I told the owner about the fan and vacuum cleaner, he bought me new ones right away~!!!! Even once, on a rainy day, rain leaked from the ceiling of the bedroom (the 2nd floor is a terrace) and dripped onto the floor… .. Bijarim is about 600m away, Sehwa/Pyeongdae Beach and downtown are 10 minutes away by car, and a convenience store is 1-2 minutes away by car!!!! And most of all, the management office staff are kind!!!!!!! The owner also changed the fan/vacuum cleaner right away~~ It was nice~~ If only the house condition was good, it would have been the best accommodation ㅠㅠ
