The 10,000 KRW per night charge is the maximum amount set; the balance will be settled based on actual usage after check-out and returned to your account. ▫️ Previously, the balance was returned after deducting from the security deposit. However, due to a change in Liv Anywhere's policy, it is no longer possible to deduct from the deposit. As we are now forced to collect a fixed amount for utilities, we have decided to proceed by collecting the maximum amount first and then settling the bill. In return, we are accepting reservations with a reduced security deposit! 🌿 Separated Studio Single-Story House ▫️ You can exclusively use the warm interior, spacious entrance, and laundry room (utility room). ▫️ As a single-story unit, this is a healing space where you can relax comfortably in a quiet neighborhood free from inter-floor noise. ▫️ There is a neighbor next door, and as this is a densely populated residential area, complaints may be received from neighbors if excessive noise is generated. 📍 Location and Surroundings ▫️ The accommodation is located a 10-minute walk from Seoul by express bus. ▫️ Street parking is available in front of the accommodation, and there is also a free public parking lot within a 1-minute walk. ▫️ It is situated in a great location for strolling along Sokcho Beach and the Oeongchi Trail. ▫️ There are numerous popular spots, including restaurants and tourist attractions, within walking distance. ▫️ Convenient living facilities such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and public parking lots are well-equipped. ▫️ Located in the heart of Sokcho, it is close to many famous tourist attractions, including Sokcho Expo, Cheongcho Lake, Yeongnang Lake, the Squid Market, Sokcho Central Market, Dongmyeong Port, Daepo Port, Fried Food Street, Abai Village, and Mt. Seorak (Cable Car).
