I was looking for a place to stay for a week on business in Gangneung, and I stumbled upon Live Anywhere. Motels are uncomfortable, so I wanted a more homey atmosphere. I found exactly what I wanted! Annyeongchodang is cozy, warm, and cozy. I can feel the host's thoughtful consideration. The neighborhood is cozy and quiet. Plenty of parking. It's on the fourth floor, but the stairs are narrow and the ceilings are low, so it's not too crowded. The stairs are a great opportunity to burn off those cold, savory calories. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, as well as cute gift shops. <I almost broke my wallet at the gift shop.> There's everything right in front of the house. Convenience store, supermarket, pharmacy, Mega Coffee, and Bungsegae District. And within walking distance are Gangmun Beach, Gyeongpodae, and Gyeongpo Lake. Sagunjin If you enjoy walking, you can really squeeze in a full day of walking while taking in the ocean view. The week went by so quickly, I'm sad to leave. ㅠㅠ I'll come back again when I need a break.

We spent a wonderful week in Gangneung. This was our first time traveling this way, and both my wife and I had a really enjoyable time. Most importantly, the house was clean and spacious just as shown in the photos, which was great for the two of us. Additionally, all the popular restaurants around the area that have lines of people waiting are within walking distance, which is a huge advantage. If we visit Gangneung again, I'd like to stay here once more!

I came on a trip with my daughter. I found true peace in this quiet and beautiful neighborhood. A week went by so quickly. It's a place where I'd like to stay longer. Every morning, I take a walk around the neighborhood, enjoy a cup of coffee, and heal myself before heading back. ^^

The room is clean and warm! It's in a great location for going to everything nearby. It has a washing machine, TV, and refrigerator, and it's well-lit. Everything is great, but there's no elevator, so it's a bit difficult for a woman carrying heavy luggage to the 4th floor alone!

The host was very kind, and there were many great restaurants in the neighborhood, so it was nice to relax and explore comfortably! Thank you :)

The owner is very kind, has prepared necessary indoor facilities well, and the indoor environment is clean and tidy.

It's a quiet neighborhood but everything you need is nearby, which was great. I want to come back again!!

Living in Gangneung for a month was on my bucket list, and it finally came true. Although the apartment looks old, the location is great. It's quiet. Heonanseolheon Park, Gyeongpo Lake, and Gangmun Beach are all within a 10-15 minute walk. Thanks to that, I was able to exercise hard in the mornings and evenings. There were plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, including soft tofu, pork cutlet, and makguksu (buckwheat noodles). Traffic is heavy on weekends. The supermarket was conveniently located right behind the accommodation. The accommodation was perfect for solo travelers. Since I'm big, the space was a bit cramped. The large bed was nice, but I wish it had been pushed against the wall for more space. The host also provided camping chairs and a table, which I used very well. I was too scared to use the turntable and projector, lol. They even brought me a fan when I asked for one. It was a bit noisy, though. The washing machine was large and had plenty of space. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a separate closet and hangers, which made hanging and storing clothes a bit inconvenient. Since it was summer clothing, I just hung it on a clothesline. There's no bidet. They provided a lot of cute little items, but they weren't very helpful for daily life. There wasn't enough space to store household items. We had to stack them on chairs on the narrow veranda. Despite that, it was fine for a month. I used them well. Thank you.
