It is located in a well-equipped location with convenient facilities such as a convenience store, pharmacy, hospital, discount store, coin laundry, and bakery all within a 2-3 minute walk. I am a native of Gangneung, born and raised there. I started my married life here in Chodang-dong and spent half of my married life here:) Even after 10 years, I still like this place and have made a place to rest. My family sometimes stays here and I also share this space with my friends. I would like to share it with those who visit. Many elderly people live in our apartment. It's quiet day and night. There's ample parking space.

There is a smoke alarm installed, so cooking of smoky food is prohibited, and smoking is also prohibited, including electronic cigarettes. This is an apartment where many elderly people live nearby. It is quiet to live in, but please be sure to follow noise etiquette while you stay there. There is no washing machine in the accommodation, so you have to use the coin laundry nearby. It is located a 2-minute walk away:)
