There is a hospital, pharmacy, convenience store, discount store, bakery, and coin laundry within a 2-minute walk, and many hot places in Chodang-dong are nearby, so you can use them on foot. It takes 25 minutes to walk to Solbat-gil and 15-20 minutes to walk to Gyeongpo Lake. It is located on the first floor of an apartment, so you don't have to worry about noise between floors. It's quiet because there are elderly people living next door. Please be mindful of noise etiquette.

Our accommodation is a corridor-type apartment where many elderly people live. Since it is on the first floor, you do not have to worry about noise between floors, but please be careful about noise late at night. Food that produces a lot of smoke cannot be cooked. A smoke alarm that detects smoke is installed, so the fire alarm will sound when smoke is generated. This includes cigarette smoke. There is no washing machine in the accommodation. There is a coin laundry across the street, so please use the coin laundry :)
