It is a 5-minute walk from Hongik University Exit 1. There is a large GS convenience store in the building right next door. There are various restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and commercial areas nearby. It's a quiet residential area. It is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. This is the first time I've moved in since it was recently remodeled.
