There are also the Central Library, City Hall, E-Mart, Lotte Cinema, McDonald's, Starbucks, Gangjeong Mart, Hanaro Mart, restaurants, and nearby hotels. Convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding infrastructure make this a convenient place to live. #One-room emotional accommodation for a month It is located on the 8th floor and has a great view (you can see the ocean). Parking is convenient when using a vehicle, and the intercity bus terminal and bus stops are nearby for a comfortable trip on foot. The surrounding infrastructure is well-developed, and it is the most central area in Seogwipo, making it a desirable place to live, with various convenient facilities located nearby. Beophwan Beach is nearby. With Olle Trails 7 and 8 nearby, it's conveniently located near some of Seogwipo's most scenic spots.
